For billing questions

If your email is about a payment or your subscription, please include two things so we can help you faster:

To cancel your subscription, use the cancel option in the Profile section inside 52G. It works any time, and you keep the access you have already paid for.

• The email address on your 52G account
• The payment reference for the charge

If you see a duplicate or wrong charge, write to us within 7 days of the charge. It will be refunded in full to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 working days once processed.

Privacy and data requests

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it. Just write to support@52g.in from the email on your account.
